Melbourne, Florida: Blue Tangerine Solutions, formerly eCalton and ACES, is pleased to announce that they have reached the 100-percent certification level of their computer network support personnel. The entire helpdesk staff of the NetTotal division is now certified by Microsoft.
The newest certifications were by Laurel LeFavor and Richard Donaldson who both successfully passed at least one of the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification exams.
This increase in certification proudly shows the company's and its employees' commitment to quality service and excellence. The Microsoft Certified Professional certification shows status guarantees that a technician has the technical and customer service skills to troubleshoot hardware and software operation issues in Microsoft Windows environments.
