Over the years, Bill has managed the development of design review exhibits, online catalogs, electronic bids, sales office display, marketing materials and interactive sales tools.

Since 1999, Paul Salmonson has served as co-owner and President of Aterra Lighting Design & Controls, and in 2009 launched a new division, Aterra Designs, now a division of The Contrado Group. The Aterra Lighting & Controls Division specializes in custom and second+ move-up homes interior and exterior lighting and electrical design with notable clients such as Toll Brothers and Ritz Carlton. It became apparent to Salmonson in 2008 that the market was shifting; therefore, he got to work researching new market opportunities. He realized the demands of the production homebuyers for digital technologies in the home were on the rise. With this new opportunity for growth, he designed and launched Aterra Designs in 2009, a division offering home builders a program of technical options featuring packaged-based solutions for new homeowners.


CRAIG HALL – INFORMATION SYSTEMS MANAGER, The Contrado Group

Craig has been involved with The Contrado group since 2002 and was instrumental in the design and development of all of our interactive products. Working closely with our production team, Craig ensures our products not only look great, they also offer enterprise level performance wherever possible. With a BA in Visual Communications from Brown College in Minneapolis and over a decade in the web development arena, Craig is helping to bridge the gap between form and function which can take a project from good to great. Going forward we're looking to elevate user experience & leveraging new technologies to create memorable experiences for our clients and end users.
